Joao Mario officially joins Benfica

Benfica have announced the signing of midfielder Joao Mario on a free transfer deal during the current summer transfer window.

Mario completed his transfer after signing contracts and successfully passed the necessary medical examinations, and then officially presented it to the media.

Mario terminated his contract with Inter by mutual consent, spending last season on loan from Sporting Lisbon and winning the Portuguese league title.

It is worth noting that Joao Mario previously played with Sporting Lisbon, Vitoria Setubal, West Ham United, and Lokomotiv Moscow in Russia.
